Lisa Shannon has a Doctorate in Developmental Psychology and Program Design, Administration, and Evaluation and over nine years of professional
research and evaluation experience. Dr. Shannon has expertise in qualitative and quantitative research design, data collection, and
data analysis in the content areas of general and special education, child and adolescent development, parent education, and school and
community based programs. Her experience includes supervising formative and summative evaluations of state and federally funded programs,
developing and managing research studies at North Carolina State University, and facilitating randomized control trials of educational programs and curricula.
Dr. Shannon is skilled in every component of the research and evaluation process and specializes in advanced data analysis including multiple regression,
effect size calculations, and multi-level modeling.
