Mary Styers, Ph.D.
Research Associate

As a research associate for Magnolia Consulting, Mary Styers directs evaluation activities in particular study sites and oversees database management across all projects. Mary is responsible for managing Magnolia’s databases and aiding in the design of research proposals. Mary has worked with both quantitative and qualitative data and has experience with conducting interviews and coding, analyzing and reporting data. She received her Ph.D. in Lifespan Developmental Psychology from North Carolina State University in October 2009. With a B.S. and M.S. in Psychology from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC, Mary has spent the last several years at North Carolina State teaching and working for the Department of Curriculum and Instruction, where she became interested in Educational research.
