PRELStar distance learning project for
Pacific Resources for Education and Learning.
Eight-year formative and summative evaluation involving participant surveys, site visits observations, interviews, and focus groups,
pre/post test student assessments, and in-depth case studies to examine the delivery, support, and outcomes associated with distance
learning provided for adults, educators, and students in ten Pacific region entities under a Star Schools grant.
Harcourt Achieve’s supplemental reading intervention software program for struggling readers in high school and beyond.
Randomized control trial using pre/post data, classroom observations, teacher interviews, and program implementation monitoring to
determine whether the program helps below level readers attain critical reading skills.
Denver Metro Area Technology Learning Partnership for the Community
College of Denver. Collaborated with partners on formative
and summative evaluation of project to establish a technology-based “literacy
through jobs continuum” via a fully developed multiple use network.
Connect Colorado Project for the Colorado Community College and Occupational
Education System. Third party evaluation of a grant to provide
quality, relevant, cost-effective distance education programming to schools,
libraries, and medical facilities throughout the Arkansas Valley region
of the state.
